Caribbean Lifeguard Training
Caribbean Lifeguard Training offers the World Academy of Safety & Health (WASH) lifeguard certification programs and training throughout the Caribbean. These trainings will include Pool Lifeguarding, Waterfront Lifeguarding, Lifeguarding Instructor, Surf Rescue Training and more. The Lifeguard Training Courses will be available at a variety of locations in your geographic area. As a result, you will have access to many different lifesaving class options.
Courses can also be offered at your employer’s location or in your backyard pool. This allows us to offer lifeguard courses to participants in any area of the Caribbean. Whether you are in Bahamas, the Cayman Islands, USVI or BVI, Turks and Caicos, Antigua, or Bermuda, we will have a training class for you.
Brands of Training in Caribbean
A new major brand of lifeguarding certification is World Academy of Safety & Health (WASH). The program is now being offered in all areas of the Caribbean and has been utilized by several Caribbean governments and private organizations.
You can find a wide array of classes advertised on this website. Lifeguarding Training, CPR, AED, First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor, Lifeguarding Instructor classes will all be offered by Caribbean Lifeguard Training.
Lifeguard Training Courses in the Caribbean
Caribbean Lifeguard Training is offering Lifeguard Classes through World Academy of Safety & Health (WASH) in the Caribbean. And, we currently offer CPR Classes through ASHI and Pro-Trainings. The lifeguard training will include the option of completing courses at each client’s convenience. As a result, the Lifeguard Training Course will be available across the Caribbean.

Lifeguarding Certification Throughout Caribbean
Lifeguards supervise activities at pools and waterparks to ensure that swimmers are safe. Specifically, they protect swimmers who may tire in the water, instruct them to follow pool rules, and perform life-saving skills as needed. When lifeguards work outside, they are exposed to various types of weather. This work is physically demanding, depending on the situations that occur during a work shift.
Many lifeguards have a high school diploma or its equivalent. Lifeguarding Training is available to verify that prospective lifeguards are strong swimmers, as well as trained in CPR and first aid.
So, Lifeguard Certification does require an initial investment of time and money. Lifeguard Certification Courses cost anywhere from $150 to $500, and take upwards of 20 hours to complete.
Once a lifeguard’s certification expires they must take the Lifeguarding Training recertification course. You must present your current or expired lifeguarding training certification. You must demonstrate competency in all skills and activities. And, you must pass the written exam with a minimum grade of 80% or better.
Waterfront Lifeguard Certification
Successful completion of the Waterfront Lifeguard Certification course allows you to work on open-water areas like lakes and ponds. This course is designed to ensure participants are ready to prevent and respond to emergencies in non-surf, open-water areas found at public parks, resorts, summer camps, campgrounds, and more.
Caribbean CPR Certification
There are a large number of professions and companies that now require employees to be trained and certified in CPR. Hence, the CPR training has prepared lay responders all over the world to respond during an emergency. In other words, the more people trained and certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid means more lives will be saved. CPR certifications remain current for a period of two years.
Swim Lesson Instructor (SLI)
Swim Lesson Instructor is to teach people how to be safe in, on and or around water. It also teaches people how to swim no matter his or her current age or ability level.
Lifeguard Instructor Courses
Lifeguard Instructor Courses. Become certified as a Lifeguarding Instructor. This course will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver lifeguard training and certification to others. Participants must be currently certified in provider-level Lifeguarding.
Becoming a Lifeguarding Instructor has never been more economical and attainable in all areas of the Caribbean! The Lifeguard Instructor certification courses will be available in every corner of the Caribbean.
A certified lifeguard instructor will be able to teach pool lifeguarding, shallow pool lifeguarding, waterfront lifeguarding. Additionally, instructors who complete the ASHI Instructor Development Course (IDC) will be able to teach Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR/AED, and Basic First Aid courses.
